I really, really, really had every intention of posting a St. Patrick’s Day recipe. Really. I made what I thought was going to be a wonderful “skinny” Shamrock Shake alternative. It was disgusting. As my husband put it, it tasted like a menthol covered spinach banana.
So instead, I’m giving you a roast beef recipe. In fact, I’m giving you the real Arby’s Beef and Cheddar Recipe. If, you know, they used real cheese.
Healthy sandwiches are easy to make and simple to put together. This meal is all of that–melted cheese, a rich cut of meat and a homemade onion poppyseed roll to top it off.
Dig in, it’s sandwich night! Oooh, and next time I think we’re going to make the sandwiches with these Skinny Arby’s Curly Fries.
