I’ve been anxiously waiting for the time I could post a yummy salad recipe. And it’s here. While our weather is quite the roller coaster lately, I love the warm days where I can feel summer right around the corner. Finals are wrapping up and I can’t wait for swimming lessons, lazy summer days, and lot’s of salads, fruits and grilled food! This pomegranate salad is loaded with oranges, walnuts and feta cheese.
This salad has a few simple ingredients and is only 5 Weight Watchers points. 3 if you don’t include the feta cheese.
