Blueberry Salsa Dessert

Most nights I crave something sweet after the kids go to bed. Eighty percent of the time I crave chocolate, biscoff, or Nutella. Of course ice cream or a refreshing drink seem to top the list this time of year, but it usually includes some of the above named ingredients.

The other twenty percent of the time I crave something sweet and salty. This blueberry salsa is absolutely right for those nights. I posted this recipe several years ago and it went crazy. Fruit salsa is absolutely delicious! Today as part of the Lady Behind the Curtain Dessert Challenge, I’ve turned it into a delicious summer time dessert. Our challenge this month was to use Blueberries and Lemon. I thought a delicious fruit salsa was perfect for the occasion!
