It’s been a crazy back to school season already! In our house, it’s not only the kids that go back to school but Mom does too. In a sheer moment of craziness I decided that I would take an 8:30 in the morning class this semester. I’ve got to now get two kids out the door by 8:00, one over to daycare and me into my chair at school by 8:30. Luckily for me it’s only a couple mornings a week. By the time I get home from school, pick up the toddler from daycare and lay her down for nap time it’s close to 2:00 in the afternoon and to say I’m starving would be an understatement!
