A lot of them, and together they make one great funfetti cookie.
I don’t think that I’ll ever get too old for sprinkles. Ever. Even if that miserable article I read one time wrote about “Things You Shouldn’t Do After Thirty.” Eating sprinkles was one of them. Dumb. I’m going to eat them so I feel young.
While this isn’t considered a true “healthy cookie recipe” it is considerably better for you than the Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix.
We make our funfetti mix by scratch and keep it in ziploc bag for later.
