The Superbowl is upon us and all this week, everyday we are celebrating by making sure you have great new recipes. Seriously, in our house the Superbowl is as epic as Santa arriving down the chimney. We plan the menu for weeks and eat leftovers as long as the Superbowl commercial reruns play.
This year, the first course for the Superbowl is chili. This vegetarian black bean chili comes from Melissa of Fried Ice and Donut Holes. As part of the Secret Recipe Club, I’m surprising Melissa this month by featuring one of her fabulous recipes.
