Everytime I teach about healthy eating, the ONE thing people ask for is… more time.
But it’s actually the one thing that you don’t get more of. There are only 24 hours in a day. You cannot add in more time and there are no more ways to add extra hours. Period.
So the only thing that you can do is utilize the hours you have. Eating healthy is a priority, but I don’t have time to make a nice meal every night that requires chopping, browning, dicing and other -ing terms. You know, work”ing” terms. Work, now that’s another topic for another day.
Crockpot meals are my go to meals for busy nights, lazy Sunday dinners, or nice breakfasts waiting for us in the morning. And they keep me healthy without having to work so hard to do it.
