Grilled Citrus Kale Walnut Salad

I’ve totally talked about my summer dog day laziness when it comes to cooking. This is the ultimate lazy day recipe. This grilled citrus kale walnut salad is unique and delicious as a side dish for chicken, beef or any delicious main dish you decide to whip up for dinner. We paired it with this delicious citrus vinaigrette for an extra pop of citrus.

It’s a great summer salad that has just enough tang and sweetness to it. You could also make it more of a main dish with some cut up chicken.
