If you didn’t embrace the whole healthy eating thing right on January 1st–I feel you. I’ve enjoyed the last couple of weeks off. I haven’t been as strict on my eating and I’ve just allowed my body to relax by not putting it through the crazy workouts it’s used to doing. I could feel that I needed some downtime–so I took it.
But it’s Monday and it’s time to get back on track. And today I’m including 100 healthy recipes for the New Year. It’s time to kickstart the New Year and get moving and get eating right!
