Fall is here!

A few weeks ago we had the chance to head up the canyon to snap a few photos for my sons Reflections project for school. He wanted to learn photography and I had a couple of friends I could call on with cameras to come down and teach him.

The five year old brought her baby (she goes everywhere) and she and baby snapped a few photos of my phone of the river and fall leaves.

The next day I thought the kids would be tired after all that hiking, but nope! They decided they were going to fight. And fight. And fight. I made a swift diagnoses of “too much electronicsitis.” I grabbed their phones, tablets and the TV remote and told them to dress and head outside. It was family togetherness time.

Okay, so we really picked apples, but it was fun to see what games they could come up with a trashcan and rotten apples.

The good apples were placed in bins with care and they were on their way to becoming an apple pie, apple sauce, and diced apples for muffins and pancakes.
