If you didn't embrace the whole healthy eating thing right on January 1st--I feel you. I've enjoyed the last couple of weeks off. I haven't been as strict on my eating and I've just allowed my body to relax by not putting it through the crazy workouts it's used to doing. I could feel that I needed some downtime--so I took it.
