Over the weekend you may have caught my Instagram post that included a little bit of buyers remorse after visiting the farmers market. And maybe a hint of "what do I DO with all of this food?" Because not only did I buy a huge lot of peaches, but I also bought raspberries, squash, strawberries, more squash and apples. I have no idea WHY I bought apples, I've got a tree outside with tons of apples ready for picking on it.
As I thought about what to make with all of this food of course desserts came to find. Garden desserts are a great and often overlooked way to use up nature's overabundance. We've got 50, yes 50! great unique desserts using natures finest fruits and vegetables. Yes, vegetables too! Each dessert is delicious, unique and healthy for you. (More indulgent desserts for special occasions are marked with an *).
