    Jamba Orange Dream Machine Recipe + Toothache

    In just a few short weeks two kids will be in braces in our family and their favorite Jamba Orange Dream Machine Smoothie Recipe is going to be a favorite around our house for awhile!

    Today my son got to have six teeth pulled. His friend and cousin and sister got him all ready and excited for how bad the shot was going to hurt. So he was really excited (sarcasm) about getting his teeth pulled.

    I wasn't able to grab a shot of him with gauze in his mouth because he would swat the phone away or grab it from me so I'm so sad that I don't have his last tooth extraction on camera. Sigh. He's really now a full fledged teenager because his baby teeth are now gone and he's one step closer to braces.

    Did I tell you that we will have TWO kids in braces at the same time?

    My kids love the Jamba Orange Dream Machine Smoothie at Jamba Juice. Since one child had a stomachache and another was numb, I wasn't really wanting to make two trips to Jamba Juice tonight when they finally felt up to it.

    So a stop at Walmart, and we grabbed the ingredients and headed home.

    It took just a minute to make and the kids were happy and I was happy I didn't have to make several trips to Jamba.

    Jamba Orange Dream Machine Recipe + Toothache

    Prep Time: 5 minutes

    Yield: 2 servings

    Calories per serving: Approximately 250 calories per serving

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup fresh orange juice
    • ½ cup soy milk, almond milk or cow's milk
    • 1 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
    • 1 cup orange sherbet
    • 1 cup ice

    Instructions

    1. In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
