Buying a new home can bring it's challenges. We've spent many years fixing up our current home, building equity in it and getting it ready to move into our next home. This new home will be different. Now we've got several kids, a bustling busy household that is always on the go and the central hangouts in our home have become the kitchen and living room where friends and family gather.
Coincidently those are also the two smallest rooms in our current home.
So it's now time to move on and one of the hardest things is not the selling of our home, the buying of another or the worries that accompany that. This home is going to be the first home that will fit all of us and our family and friends comfortably. We are going to add some improvements and are excited to customize our home to truly be "ours." The hardest part? The mortgage worries.
Since both my husband and I are Capital One credit card holders, we turned to Capital One for our mortgage needs. We've always found them to be fantastic to work with.
All of the paperwork needed to fill out can be overwhelming when buying a home. The Capital One Home Loans Online Neighborhood offers a free online resource where you can learn all about home buying. It's a one stop shop which is exactly what I need while juggling the demands of work and family.
