Mother's Day is just around the corner. I haven't even thought that far ahead. We've been busy giving the whole house a fresh coat of paint, enclosing our garage and working on some large outside projects. Mother's Day for me will hopefully include a chance to enjoy my newly painted house and not see all those little fingerprints on the walls. At least for a few days just to enjoy the new paint, right?
This year the gifts have to be simple and heartfelt (but also easy since time is short with all the house and work projects going on). Our gifts will be made simple with the help of Petowskey and Pine.
Petowskey and Pine offers a line of handmade artisanal soaps, lip balms and candles made from sustainable products and purchased only through fair trade programs.
Petoskey and Pine is a small company that makes sure every product they ship out meets their high quality standard.
The lavendar lip balm we tried had lavendar essential oils, coconut oil, shea butter and almond oil for a refreshing and relaxing balm that provided great post run help. Running in the cold does a number on lips, and this did a fantastic job. My daughter has also struggled with extremely dry lips this summer and found this product to work great!
We also had the chance to try the raspberry sangria candle. My house smelled so good! I was sad that I had to cook dinner and stop burning it. Each candle is made from American soy and does not include any paraffins or artificial colors.
This Mother's Day we are giving you the chance to get your own Petowskey and Pine gift set. Just enter to win below. And if you can't wait, head over to the site now. Lip balms start at $3, candles at $5 and soaps at $6 in a variety of scents that fit your Mom's personal preference. And if you can't decide, you can get gift sets already made ranging in price from $12-35.
