Are you excited to woo your Easter guests with mayonaise, paprika and mustard filled deviled eggs--you know, the SAME deviled eggs you make every year?
No?
Well they are great but why not take them to the next level this year?
These Southwest Deviled Eggs get turned up a notch. Infused with cilantro, jalapeno and a little hot sauce your deviled eggs this year are getting a big flavor boost. And you'll get a lot of compliments from the guests too. If your eggs make it to the guests. Mine made it as far as my mouth and stomach.
And don't forget to make your hard boiled eggs this year using our simple Oven Baked Hard Boiled Egg method. You will never go back to using the stovetop again.
Ingredients
- 8 hard boiled eggs, cooked and cooled
- ⅓ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1 green onion, thinly diced
- 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper, seeds removed
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 ½ tsp ancho chile powder
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
