    Staying Healthy on Hikes

    This past weekend I had the opportunity of getting out of the heat and heading on a hike.

    This time I headed to water.

    I didn't realize the water would take us two miles uphill.

    Oh that dog! Not one photo of her NOT on pointing on a bird.

    I LOVED the falls. Totally worth the uphill battle once I got there. In the meantime there MAY have been a little complaining.

    But the pretty flowers along the way made the trail hike completely worth it.

    And I loved all the little waterfalls along the way.

    This crazy dog truly thinks that I drove her for 30 minutes only to leave her in the car? Look at that crazy face.

    I've been making over recipes since I was ten. Back then I wasn't so great at it and created everything from rubber cakes for my Dad's birthday to rock muffins that put a hole in the wall.
