Today is a great day! A fun recipe for Swedish Meatballs, the warm summer months are finally here and I'm surprising my fellow blogger pal Eat.Live.Blog. as part of the Secret Recipe Club.
Browsing through her recipes, I kind of started thinking about Ikea. I've been needing to go there to get some ideas for organizing the kitchen. Of course when I started thinking about Ikea, I started thinking about meatballs.
Because when I thought about meatballs, I of course thought about Ikea's Swedish Meatballs. I was browsing through Eat.Live.Blog's recipes and saw her recipe for Swedish Meatballs. I tried them once on Free Kid's Meal Tuesday. Not a real fan, but meatballs sounded good right about now.
I thought this recipe would be great for a busy weeknight meal. The meatballs can be made ahead and frozen if desired. It saves a lot of time when prepping dinner. The sauce is creamy and delicious and the entire meal comes together when placed on top a bed of noodles.
