It only takes two ingredients to make this deliciously rich cookies and cream frozen yogurt recipe. No ice cream maker required!
Ever since my husband bought me my ice cream maker for Mother's Day, Saturday night's this summer have been spent trying a new ice cream flavor. We've tried pralines n' cream (my husband's favorite). We've also made grasshopper, mint chocolate chip, chocolate, vanilla, fruit, and now cookies and cream. Since I'm trying to eat a little better I opted for a healthier route. This recipe includes fat free greek yogurt and cookies.
Yes, cookies are a food group. I've added them in with chocolate and biscoff.
This simple recipe has only two ingredients, is made with nonfat greek yogurt, and tastes great! Did I mention you don't have to have an ice cream maker? Bonus!
