Our mornings start off pretty much the same. Little brother does something to irritate big sister. Little brother thinks he's gotten away with something until little sister sneakily works her way in and steals whatever the older two have been fighting about. Suddenly both of the older children are in an uproar and the little one is ecstatic because she knows she's won.
It's the morning craze that lasts from whenever the three decide to wake up until all three (finally) lay their heads to bed at night. The hardest time of the day would have to be the morning. All of us are running around and the day is chaotic.
Healthy, good breakfasts are always a bonus and while I try to make a lot from scratch--sometimes that just isn't possible. Sometimes now matter how hard I try I fail and quick convienence meals or cold cereal become a replacement. Most of the time I have pancakes or waffles made up and in the freezer, or homemade breakfast sandwiches available for the kids but about the time finals roll around and work deadlines are due my time becomes pretty tight and the options in the freezer become limited.
When I was approached about trying Tyson® Day Starts™ products I hesitated but knew this would be a product my husband might enjoy. Tyson® Day Starts™ sandwiches contain wholesome, real ingredients like eggs, cheese, meat and vegetables while also containing up to 34% of the daily value for protein.
My husband walked out the door with a chicken breast filet one morning and raved that it was a great alternative to the extra gas he would pay running to Chick-fil-a for the same item that cost more. He also grabbed a flatbread for lunch on his job and said that it saved him money eating out and was a very different alternative to fast food and one that was much better than the hamburger and fries typically available in areas where he was working.
In fact there are seven different brands of Tyson® Day Starts™ to choose from including ham, onion and green pepper wrapped omelets, southern style chicken fillet biscuits, and egg, sausage and cheese flatbreads.
You can visit Tyson.com to download a $1 off coupon and check the product locator tool to find out where Tyson® Day Starts™ products are sold at a store near you.
