Easy-to-make protein muffins with only 5 ingredients: protein powder, flour, nut butter, sweetener, and mix-ins. Gluten-free and vegan.
Preheat oven and grease muffin cups.
Mix protein powder, baking powder, flour, nut butter or puree, and sweetener in a bowl.
Divide batter among muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool in tin, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
