Surprisingly low liquid content. Found on a website while craving chocolate cake. Decadent gluten-free, dairy-free delight!
Grease and flour bundt pan, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a bowl, mixing until thick batter forms.
Fold in chocolate chips, spread in bundt pan, bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
Cool, invert onto cake plate. Garnish with powdered sugar or chocolate glaze.
