– 1 cup flour see notes – 2 cups protein powder see notes – ½ cup milk – ½ cup nut butter – ¼ cup maple syrup or honey – ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Line Pan

Place parchment paper in pan.

Mix Ingredients

Combine all except chocolate chips to form batter.

Press and Chill

Transfer batter to pan, press evenly, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut and Store

Slice into bars, keep refrigerated.
