My biggest hurdle in creating my weekly meal plan is that the desire is there to create and eat healthy meals but I'll admit that stopping by the grocery or pizza store on the way home for a quick and easy pre made meal gets tempting. Crockpot and simple and easy meal prep are a must to avoid that temptation. This week's meal plan utilizes simple and easy meals from my own collection along with some foods from Yahoo! Food. Yahoo! Food has teamed up with some amazing publishers like Bon Appetit, Epicurious and Martha Stewart. You can also get the latest articles and food trends on the site too. Yahoo! Food has been gracious enough to allow me to pull a few meals to use today from their huge collection of recipes. You'll notice I've included mostly dinners since that is my biggest "problem child" meal and the one I am most likely to stray from due to busy schedules.
