Are the dog days of summer upon you? It's time to break out those salad recipes! This gluten free chicken mango salad has lot's of flavor and you can make it with just five ingredients! Grilled chicken breasts are placed on a bed of lettuce, then your favorite ingredients like mango, avocado, cheese and more are added! (Gluten free, dairy free option, soy free, nut free, coconut free option)
While the chicken is cooking, assemble the salad. First layer the lettuce, then add toppings. Place cooked chicken on top then drizzle with desired dressing. Serve.
