Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese Just Four Ingredients

Fork or spoon to eat your gluten free macaroni and cheese? Who the fork cares?? This is the most delicious creamy macaroni and cheese recipe you will enjoy! And it's made with only four ingredients so you won't have any complicated ingredients! (Gluten free, dairy free version, nut free, egg free, soy free, vegetarian, vegan option, FODMAP version)
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside the pasta.
In a saucepan, heat the milk on medium heat. Once the milk begins to simmer, add the cheese and stir until smooth.
Add the pasta in and stir until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes
storing
You can store this macaroni and cheese in an airtight container for up to one week. You can also freeze leftovers in a container and store in the freezer for up to one month. I usually like to freeze in individual portions.
reheating
To reheat, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk per cup of macaroni and cheese. Stir and heat in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Remove from the microwave and stir until smooth.
