Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl combine the cake mix, eggs and oil. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallow bits.
Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls and place on baking sheet, leaving a couple of inches for the cookie to spread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for several minutes prior to moving to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
Notes
Notes: Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for several days or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. Toasted Marshmallow: To add a toasted marshmallow on top, remove the cookies once done cooking. Cut a large marshmallow in half and immediately upon taking the cookies out of the oven turn oven to broil. Place the marshmallows on top of the cookie, then return the cookies back to the oven to broil until toasted on top (approximately 1-2 minutes). Remove from oven and allow to cool on the cookie sheet before moving to the cooling rack to finish cooling.
