Five Ingredient Breaded Zucchini Chips

zucchinis
cut into rounds

cup
flour

whole
eggs
lightly beaten

bread crumbs
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.
In another small bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third small bowl, place the bread crumbs
Dip each zucchini round into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the bread crumbs, making sure to coat each round evenly.
Place the breaded zucchini rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
