raspberries and a few for garnish

sliced lemon

can of sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choice

Instructions
Add strawberries, mint leaves and sliced lemon into a jug. Crush them directly in a jug. Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon.
Pour beverage of your choice and stir everything together.
Add ice and garnish with mint, raspberries, and slice of lemon.
(optional)
Notes
Tip: Use lime instead of lemon.
