Gluten Free Breaded Pork Chop
Seasoned gluten free breaded pork chops with hints of garlic and parmesan turn into a tender pork chop that is ready in under thirty minutes! Only FIVE ingredients needed! (Gluten free, egg free, nut free, soy free)
- 4 whole pork chops, 1" thick
- ½ cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley (optional)
- 1 whole egg
- oil for frying
In a bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and parsley (parsley optional).
Whisk the egg in a bowl by adding 1 tbsp water to the egg, then whisking until egg yolk is mixed into the water mixture.
Pat dry each pork chop. Dip the pork chop in the egg mixture then dip into the breadcrumb mixture. Cover both sides with bread mixture.
