Make the holidays merrier with homemade cranberry sauce! Just five minutes of your time makes a delicious cranberry sauce with a hint of orange and ginger!
In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice and maple syrup. Heat on medium heat until cranberries begin 'popping' and sauce is formed. Stir frequently.
Once cranberries have formed a sauce, remove from heat and stir in ginger and salt. Serve.

Notes
sauce can be stored in an airtight container for several days or in a freezer container for several weeks. To thaw, reheat in microwave or on stovetop. Variation: Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for two hours on low.
