Loads of banana, and a hint of cinnamon and sweet in every bite! No eggs, no milk, no oil, no butter and no cake mix is needed to make this moist delicious homemade banana bread loaf! (GF, DF, nut free option, egg free, soy free, vegan, vegetarian, FODMAP)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease one loaf pan or two mini loaf pans and set aside.
Mash your bananas (see instructions below) until pureed. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir. Add in the flour and cinnamon and stir until smooth. Fold in the walnuts if using.Pour the batter into the loaf pan or divide between the two mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes for mini loaf pans or 35-40 minutes for the larger loaf pan. Bread is done when a toothpick or skewer inserted into the bread comes out clean. Remove banana bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan. Once cooled, remove bread and cut into slices.
