½cupwater
½cupmelted butter
Instructions
Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan until melted. Remove from heat, add the consomme and water and stir until mixed. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan and stir in uncooked rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered, stirring halfway through. Remove cover halfway through cooking.
Serves 4-6 people
**You can absolutely double this recipe and place it in a 9x13 inch pan. The doubled recipe will feed 8-10 people and will need to cook for approximately an hour and fifteen minutes
