This 3 ingredient blender chocolate ice cream is the perfect creamy rich and indulgent ice cream that requires no churning and is ready for the freezer in minutes!
Place the heavy cream in a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds to one minute. (If you don't have a blender you can also place the cream in a large mixer and whip for 3-4 minutes until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form).
Stir in the sweetened condensed mik and cocoa (¼ cup yields a nice chocolatey flavor and ½ gives more of a dark chocolate gelato style flavor)
Blend for an additional 15-30 seconds or until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour mixture into a bread pan and cover and freeze.
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Serve.
Notes
Freeze ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
