Buttery club crackers are topped with bacon, cheese and seasoning then baked to perfection at a lower temperature. Perfect for parties, sporting events and more!
Cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper to catch any drippings and place a cooling rack on top.
Slice the parmesan cheese wedge thinly or sprinkle grated parmesan to match the width and length of the crackers.
Cut the bacon into fourths, ensuring it matches the length of the crackers.
Assemble and bake:
Layer a piece of parmesan, followed by a bacon slice, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or seasoning (if using) on each cracker. Repeat for all crackers.
Arrange the assembled crackers side-by-side on the cooling rack.
Bake for 15-25 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Begin checking around the 30-minute mark.
The crackers are ready when the bacon is cooked through, and the edges of the crackers are slightly browned.
Serve your warm or at room temperature
Notes
Store baked crackers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
