Gluten free Mississippi pot roast is a set and forget recipe! All you need is a couple of minutes of time to place everything in the slow cooker, then and and forget until dinner time! (Gluten free option, dairy free option, egg free, nut free, soy free, FODMAP)
Place the roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the top of the roast evenly with the ranch dressing packet and the au jus gravy packet. Cut butter into bite sized pieces and arrange on the top of the roast. Place pepperocini on top of the roast.
Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. Serve with noodles or rice or as a sandwich.
