Gluten Free Chicken and Waffles with Honey Sauce

  • 4 whole gluten free crispy chicken breasts
  • 4 whole gluten free belgian waffles
  • ¼ cup honey
  • cup hot sauce


  • Cook chicken and waffles according to package directions.
  • While the chicken and waffles are baking, stir together the hot sauce and honey.
  • Place the chicken on top of the waffle. Drizzle honey sauce over the waffles. Serve warm.

The chicken you use is important! You want a nice crispy chicken strip to place on top of the waffle. We like Tyson Natural Gluten Free chicken strips.
There are plenty of gluten free waffles on the market and available in stores but the classic belgian or liege waffle is the most recommended and best way to go!
We recommend making this recipe fresh and eating it same day.
