This sparkling strawberry mojito mocktail is sure to please everyone at the party, adults and kids alike! This beautiful drink features muddled mint leaves, sliced strawberries, and a lime wedge, all topped with sparkling lime soda.

diced strawberries and a few for garnish

lemon
sliced

can of sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choice

mint leaves
Ice

Instructions
Prepare strawberries and lemon by slicing them, add mint leaves. Crush them directly in a jug. Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon.
Pour beverage of your choice and stir everything together.
Add ice and garnish with whole strawberries and slice of lemon. (optional)
