Get ready for the big game with delicious gluten free air fryer ravioli! Cooked ravioli is breaded with a coating of breadcrumbs, parmesan and spices then toasted to create the perfect game day or weeknight meal! (GF, DF (optional), Vegetarian (optional)
16 ozrefrigerated or frozen gluten free ravioli, thawed
1cup gluten free breadcrumbs
½cupgrated parmesan cheese
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
½ teaspoongarlic powder
2wholeeggs, lightly beaten
Marinara sauce or ranch dressing, for dipping
Instructions
Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
Coat the ravioli in the egg mixture then toss in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not stack the ravioli.
Cook ravioli at 375 degrees for 3 minutes for small ravioli and 5 minutes for large ravioli. Flip the ravioli and cook and additional 2-3 minutes for small ravioli and 4 minutes for larger ravioli. Ravioli is cooked when both sides of the ravioli are lightly browned. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

We recommend that this recipe be served fresh and hot out of the air fryer for best taste. You can refrigerate for several days in an airtight container. Reheat in the air fryer for a couple of minutes, however texture may change.

You don't have to be picky about flavor. Just grab your favorite ravioli! You can use meat or cheese ravioli.
Optional Cooking Methods
Fried ravioli: Heat two inches of oil in a frying pan. Heat oil to 325 degrees on medium high heat. Place the breaded ravioli in the hot oil in small batches and fry for 2-3 minutes each side for small ravioli and 3-5 minutes each side for larger ravioli. Remove ravioli when nicely browned on the outside. Place cooked ravioli on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm.
Baked ravioli: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes each side for small ravioli and 8-10 minutes each side for larger ravioli. Remove from oven, serve warm.
