As the chicken finishes cooking, create the sauce. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and grated Parmesan. Toss the baked chicken in this mixture, then return it to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until it turns golden brown and fully cooked. Serve the chicken with ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
