For this recipe you will need:

Instructions for Making Garlic Chicken Drumsticks
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss the chicken in the oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place a cooling rack over the baking sheet. Line the wire rack with the chicken. Bake the chicken until almost golden and thoroughly cooked through, approximately 30-35 minutes.
- During the last few minutes cooking, make the sauce. In a bowl stir together the melted butter, honey, garlic, parsley, red flakes and parmesan. Toss the chicken in the mixture, than place in the oven an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked thoroughly Dip in ranch dressing to serve if desired.
