Heat up the grill: Get your grill fired up to medium-high heat.
Oil the tenders: Brush both sides of the chicken tenders with olive oil to coat them lightly.
Season it up: Dredge the oiled chicken tenders in ranch seasoning, making sure they're well coated on all sides.
Grill time! Place the seasoned tenders on the hot grill. Cook for 3-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, until they're nicely browned and cooked through.
Safety check: Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the thickest tender. It should reach 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
Let it rest: Take the cooked chicken tenders off the grill and transfer them to a plate. Tent them with foil to keep them warm and juicy for a few minutes before serving.

Cooked chicken will store for up to 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat. Use leftover chicken for salads, or in a grilled chicken ranch wrap.
