2cupsmixed vegetables (½ cup onion + 1 ½ cup mixed vegetables)
1quart chicken broth
2cups water
1cupegg noodles
salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, parsley flakesoptional, to taste
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In a large saucepan, add the chicken, vegetables, chicken broth, water, and seasonings.
Bring to Boil: Heat the mixture until it reaches a boil.
Simmer: Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Add Noodles: Stir in the egg noodles and cook for 7-9 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
Season: Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
