ranch seasoning mix

diced chicken

biscuits
cut

shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine the chicken, chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
While the broth is simmering, cut the biscuits into quarters.
Drop the biscuits into the simmering broth and cover the saucepan.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through.
Remove the pan from the heat, Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Recipe can be stored in an airtight container for several days in the refrigerator. Reheat when serving.
