These crispy garlic parmesan crusted potatoes are oven-baked to golden perfection with a hint of garlic. They're the perfect side dish for chicken, steak, or any main course!
3poundsrinsed and quartered potatoesred, yellow or russet potatoes
¼cupolive oil
4-6finely minced cloves of garlic
1cupgrated parmesan cheese
3tablespoonschopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Set your oven to 400°F (204°C).
In a large bowl, place the potato quarters. In a separate bowl mix together your olive oil and minced garlic. In another bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss the potatoes in the olive oil and garlic mixture, coating them completely, then toss with the parmesan and parsley mixture until fully coated in the cheese mixture.
Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet, or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender. Stir halfway through baking time.
