Brown the turkey in a pan on medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat.
Reduce heat to medium low, Add the chili seasoning mix and stir until combined. Add in the tomatoes and beans. Simmer until chili is warm. Remove from heat and serve with toppings.
For the Panera version
After browning the meat, turn the heat to medium low. Add the chili seasoning mix and stir until combined. Add in the tomatoes, beans, water or stock, carrot, edamame and garbanzo beans. Simmer until the chili is warm. Add additional seasoning mix to taste if needed. Remove from heat and serve with toppings.
Notes
Storage: Chili will store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days. Heat to rewarm. Toppings:
