5 Ingredient Peppermint Fudge Recipe with Marshmallows and Sweetened Condensed Milk

Delicious peppermint fudge recipes with marshmallows and sweetened condensed milk. Perfect ribbons of chocolate and marshmallows with bits of peppermint bits in every bite!
Place the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed mllk and butter in a microwave safe bowl or in a saucepan set to medium heat.
If using microwave, microwave for approximately 90 seconds. Stir to combine, then continue to heat at 15 second intervals, stopping to stir until smooth. If using the saucepan, heat until mixture melts and is smooth.
Once mixture is melted, remove saucepan from heat and stir in marshmallows and extract. Stir just until combined and marshmallows begin to melt (you will not want them to fully melt).
Pour the mixture into a greased 8x10 inch pan, smoothing with your spatula to evenly spread fudge.
Sprinkle candy cane bits on top then chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour to overnight. Remove from fridge, then cut into pieces.
