    origin

The origin of fudge is a little 'fudgy.' there is a big debate on whether fudge originally came from the UK or the United States. It's now believed it comes from the United States.

    variations

There are approximately 81 variations of fudge out there. Yum!

    holiday connection

    • room temperature: much like refrigerating and freezing, fudge can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container between layers of waxed paper or parchment paper for several weeks.
