Cooking methods:Slow Cooker Method: Place the seasoned pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the pork in a covered baking dish and cook for 3-4 hours until tender.Stovetop Method: Cook the pork in a large pot over low heat, adding a bit of water or broth to keep it moist, for about 2-3 hours until tender.Air Fryer Method: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Initial Cook: Cook the pork in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. This helps to develop a nice crust on the outside. Lower Temperature Cook: After the initial cook, reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue cooking for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours. The pork should reach an internal temperature of 190-205°F (88-96°C) for easy shredding. Let it rest 10-15 minutes before shredding the meat.
