Preheat oven t0 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8-10 inch springform or round pan. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, blend together the finely ground crushed Oreos, baking powder, cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth. Pour into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. To make the ganache: Melt 2 ounces chocolate and cream. Stir until smooth. Pour over the top of the cake and decorate with additional crushed Oreos if desired.
